Dr. Agullo was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He earned his MD from Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City, completed general surgery training at Texas Tech University, and plastic surgery training at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

He is a board-certified plastic surgeon based in El Paso, Texas, practicing both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. He serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Paul L. Foster School of Medicine, and as an Affiliate Professor at the University of Texas at El Paso.

Dr. Agullo is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery.
