Dr. Kenneth R. Arthur is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the current President of the Medical and Dental Staff at Lancaster General Hospital. With extensive education and specialized training, he brings exceptional expertise to both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

He earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, followed by residencies at Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital and the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB Hospital), where he refined his skills in advanced plastic and reconstructive techniques.
